Test Report on MiMo 2×2 and 4×4 performance at the KVMRT1 Line

EUPEN has delivered the EUCARAY® Radiating Cable for the World’s first LTE MiMo installation which is up and running at Klang Valley MRT Line in Malaysia (read the application reference here )

One of the operators, Maxis, together with Sunwave Solutions and Eupen has compiled a test report about the performance of the system for different types of MiMo set-up, using MiMo 2×2 on either two parallel cables or on one cable, up to MiMo 4×4 on two cables.

According to the report, « …the throughput obtained in the tests for the 2×2 MIMO and 4×4 MIMO were optimal and considered excellent ».
« The MIMO 4×4 test was a success as the download throughput… was close to ideal 4×4 MIMO performance ».
